A Sublim cause!

Once again, Sublim has invested in a … sublime cause.

This year, we offered a photo retouching package as part of the silent auction that took place during the De l’ombre à la lumière fundraiser organized by YWCA QUÉBEC, which will ensure the permanence and development of La grande Marelle program. Our contribution, combined with those of other guests, helped YWCA QUÉBEC raise $122,500, more than half the amount of the yearly budget needed to maintain this program, which is dedicated to the prevention of homelessness and social reintegration for women.

During their time together, ranging from 3 to 18 months, these women are accompanied by a social intervention team, in order to develop greater autonomy and self-esteem and to help them make a fresh start in life. We applaud the organizers of this event, the generous participants and especially the women in need who take their courage in both hands and who, with the help of the La grande Marelle, manage to overcome their situation.
